(Company Info) 		Satisfied clients re-engaged our company for a substantial renovation to a seldom used third floor bath in their historic, Horace Trumbauer-designed 1800s home. The goals were to remodel in keeping with the unique style of the home, adding in modern conveniences, and knitting the whole style with elements of old and new. The original 1920s marble sink tops were re-energized with retro faucet design and classic white mirrored medicine cabinets. A frameless glass shower fits seamlessly with the refinished southern pine floor.

(Company Info) 		Out-of-date mid-1980s washroom space was underutilized and disconnected. The client wanted an elegant environment, a destination to be enjoyed. An oasis of relaxation was created, including a faux limestone fireplace, a tamed vastness of accented cabinetry, and a complete sensory shower experience.

(Company Info) 		The homeowners had just recently finished a new media room renovation, however the lighting and control did not meet their expectations. Smaller lights with special reflective trim were installed to address a serious glare issue with the big screen TV. Accent and task lighting along the bar and shelves, and a single room lighting system, allows for comfortable and remote control of the entire space.

Composite decking was utilized to alleviate the need for ongoing maintenance. Improved traffic flow and stairing design optimized the frequently used grill, spa, and pool areas.

(Company Info) 		Every family member deserves their special space, especially the very beloved and large English bull dogs, Tesse & Matte. What was needed was a large area for their supplies, particularly a canine-friendly shower. The third bay of an existing garage was transformed into a pet sanctum, complete with food access & storage, and a state-of-the-art doggie shower with special waterproofing membrane, mud bed, slightly sloped full-length tiles, and louvered doors.

(Company Info) 		The 20-year-old Cape Cod was due for a major overhaul. A radical new floor plan was introduced, offering far more versatile use of space and improved lighting for this wooded home. A new kitchen is relocated into the original dining room, highlighted by a gas fireplace, custom cabinetry, and inlaid antique Chicago brick. New French doors, enlarged windows, random oak boards now flood the rooms with the warmth of early America and the richness of sunshine.

(Company Info) 		We have been involved with these clients on several projects over the last few years, continually updating areas with new technology. The existing family room was ready to be freed from the 1980s. Vertical and horizontal cherry wood incorporated the Prairie style architecture of the home was into the new design, now featuring state of the art surround system, 55” plasma TV, 110” projection screen for movies & sports, and various acoustic improvements.

(Company Info) 		The client's dream was transforming their 15-year-old seldom used hilltop barn into a vast and contemporary theater. A state-of-the-art sensory experience was installed, featuring a 106” movie screen, 7.1 speaker sound system, single push button control, interior blackening, mini kitchenette, multi-directional track lighting, and cherry hardwood floors—all the while meticulously renovating and retaining the traditional barn appeal.

(Company Info) 		The footprint of this Pennsylvania field stone farm house dates back to 1700, an original William Penn land grant, and a small log cabin. Our clients historical dream needed to be managed within the needs of a 21st century family, without jeopardizing the property's heritage. The old kitchen become a new hallway/reception area. A new kitchen captured a cozy country atmosphere, accented by local historic timbers, but allocating expanded work surfaces for a busy family. Now exposed stonework foundation transforms a basement area into a newly connected space.

R & R Morano Restoration & Renovation
(Company Info) 		Love at first sight...a cheerful Victorian in a friendly town sparks joy in the customers, but...a new and more functional kitchen is needed for the busy and artistic family. Functional, and fun...the solution devised is an octagonal shaped addition to the corner of the home with a custom cupola. The unusual shape allows for more windows, versatile drawer and shelving space, as well as a continuous, almost revolving, work and meal area.

(Company Info) 		The owners of this two story, farmhouse style home were looking to transform their 1970s attached garage into an additional family and guest room. A natural stone oversized wood burning fireplace, flanking casement windows, painted pine bead board, plank flooring, and Shaker-style wood doors all serve to accentuate the old world charm of the property.

BKZ Contractors Inc
(Company Info) 		Faced with an obsolete, dilapidated house, and equally disastrous previous contractor issues, the homeowners chose a straightforward plan and a NARI contractor-only policy. They wanted a safe, comfortable home for their parents, as well as maintaining the sentimental value of their lifelong home. Entire HVAC and electrical systems were replaced. The five main rooms were transformed and fortified with spray foam insulation and secure doors. The kitchen and master bath are prime examples of a complete and stunning overhaul.

(Company Info) 		Clients love their Bucks County town but their home is now too small and dated. They want an oasis for themselves, room for their guests and grown children, and greater living space connected to the deeply wooded, luxurious backyard. New features such as a large Great Room with open kitchen; radiant subfloor heating; master suite with his and her baths; ample guesthouse—all provide the modern feel and openness our clients desired.
