Variety Club Cabin #11

Variety Club - Potshop Rd. Worcester, PA
Roughly 20 small cabins needing maintenance and/or repair, only 2 maintenance men for full campus. Other building/infrastructure projects are currently underway.
• Main issue is exterior siding deterioration, no leaks into the interior yet that they know of but they get eaten by groundhogs/porcupines, and many need to be replaced as opposed to re-painted.
• Several have entry doors where the brickmold/frame is eaten or rotting away and needs to be replaced
• Potential floating floor/trim in 1 cabin
We only visually inspected 3 of the cabins but they said it is pretty much the same story throughout.
